Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 500 gramsBread Flour
- 16 gramsFine Sea Salt
- 1 gramActive Dry Yeast
- 350 gramsWater
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add water and mix to combine.
- Remove from bowl and knead.
- Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 24 hours at room temperature.
- Remove dough from bowl and place on floured work surface.
- Divide dough into equal portions (makes 4 10" pies or 3 12"-14" pies).
- Make dough balls. Fold sides into center several times then crimp the bottom and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place dough into oiled containers. Refrigerate for 48 hours before using.
- Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before using.
